Well, you may have figured out by glancing below that this article's title is somewhat misleading - there's only an 84 song set-list provided for you towards the bottom of this article. There will, however, be over 20 free songs released as downloadable content for Rock Band 2 at several junctures past the title's initial release. That puts the total track-list at over 100.
If you own the original Rock Band, that number leaps closer to 200. Well, that's assuming you're willing to pay a less then $5 "unlocking fee" to transfer all the disc content from the original into Rock Band 2. Any downloadable content you purchased for the original Rock Band will automatically be compatible with Rock Band 2.
The full 84 on-disc set-list is as follows:
1. AC/DC "Let There Be Rock"
2. AFI "Girl's Gone Grey"

@ H3lix It' a short timed exclusive. As for the setlist, there are a lot of epic bands. I mean there's AC/DC and Bob Dylan! Too bad a lot of the songs are mediocre though.

you know, i'm kinda glad none of these games have people i like on them. if they did, i would wind up hearing morons saying, "hey, i know them! that song is on Rock Band/Guitar Hero!" god i hate that. actually no, no its not, that Dead Kennedys song is off of Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables, not that stupid game.

@DemonOfRazgriz07: I would go to my local game store, take all of the copies of RB2, fly to Harmonix's studio, break the game discs into tiny pieces and put every last shard in the necks of everyone who worked there. Then find everyone I knew who liked metal and we would make Metal Band.
