Kristen Bell to appear in Assassin's Creed

Ubisoft has revealed that actress Kristen Bell is to appear as a key character in the company’s forthcoming title Assassin’s Creed, due out later this month.



The publisher and developer stated that Bell’s character would play an integral part in the game’s story, though specific details on the role were not divulged at the time.

Speaking on her role, Bell enthused, "I was a big video gamer growing up, so working on Assassin’s Creed is my chance to be a part of video game history.... I look forward to seeing what my character will look like and I can’t wait to play the game and see if I can beat it!"

"Kristen Bell is a remarkable actress who was able to bring her character to life in a dynamic way that I don’t think anyone else could have done properly," commented Assassin’s Creed Producer, Jade Raymond.

"Her professionalism and dynamic personality were a perfect fit for this project."

Assassin’s Creed is due out in North America on PS3 and Xbox 360  from November 13.

    Sweet Veronica Mars is on this game. :) Any who I wonder if her character is a love interest for our protagonist?

    i bet shes a character from the sci fi "twist." scientist or doctor would be my guess. looks like an interesting game. can't wait to start my first town riot.

    chances are she'll be the scientist behind the experiments...there was a load of stuff an assassins creed on gamer tv extra and part of it was Altair walking along on pure white with a female voice saying that the simulation (or something like that) had ended...

    I don't really care much about the fact, all I care about is that she's a big gamer, and this is still assassin's creed. I'm getting it.

    i can see in the near future the games will be intergrated with movies to where there will be casting call for video games.

    psn id: gingo.... more and more actors are being used for games now with motion capture and stuff so this is no surprise but it will be good to see her in a game
