Assassin's Creed tops UK charts for end of 2007

The year 2007 was a great year for gaming, even better for followers of the PlayStation 3 as they were treated to exclusive titles such as Heavenly Sword, Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune. While not a PS3 exclusive, there is still one title that stood out - Asssassin’s Creed, which went multiplatform in 2007.

Finishing 2007 with only a 7% drop in sales, Assassin’s Creed proved to be the favorite among the UK fanbase. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Assassin’s Creed launched in the UK in November 16, 2007 where it received mixed criticisms ranging from being a progressive title, to one that felt all too short with a confusing ending.

    Dam PES is 6th and Golden Compass is on that list.....what in the bloody hell is going on over there?

    psn id: gingo... apart from 8 and 10 is a fair list but i'm embarrassed that here in the UK we buy such tripe as more brain training and the golden compass WTF!!!!!!!

    Good for Ubisoft. They are a great company and make some great games. I have Assassins Creed and it is amazing.

    call of duty 4 was beter than assains creed,hopefully the second assains will be better.
