Inferno Pool, an arcade-style pool game, is heading to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.

Originally an iPhone game developed by Blade Interactive, this re-imagined console edition is being developed by studio Dark Energy. Inferno Pool supports attack and combo-based four-player splitscreen gameplay, as well as a more tradition single-player mode.

The game's first trailer has hit the web, and it not only shows off a great deal of gameplay, but it has a hilarious script as well:

Guy #1: "This isn't fair."

Guy #2: "I know. This is INFERNO POOL!"

Owned! Check out that trash talk and more in the Inferno Pool trailer below.

This looks completely stupid.  I play pool all the time in real life here and they still have yet to get the ball physics properly.   So in that case, this game will probably be a complete failure.   "Inferno pool" bleh.  To me it just looks boring and something you may play one time when your friends are over.
