LittleBigPlanet already on sale at some U.S. retailers

According to the U.S. PlayStation Blog some of you goons have already got your hands on freshly milled LittleBigPlanet.
Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) tells us that its servers haven't gone online yet, though, so all you early worms will be confined to offline play till the official launch.
As we're sure you'll be aware, Media Molecule's happy-go-lucky LittleBigPlanet was recalled worldwide earlier in the month when offensive material was discovered in the soundtrack. Sony has recently issued new release dates, but it appears certain North American retailers -- GameStop, for one -- have jumped the gun.
According to its game page, however, the retail juggernaut is now withholding U.S. shipments until October 28.
LittleBigPlanet is pencilled in to hit North America sometime this week, with European versions following in the week beginning November 3. The U.K. gets it on November 5.

Dam worms getting it first. But its strange that the rest of Europe gets it before the UK.

yep i got a call from gamestop on friday saying it was in and i went and picked it up...and when i first pre-ordered it i got the download code for the kratos costume, but when i picked it up the other day i got a card with a code for kratos, medusa, AND and mentaur off god of war, but they dont work yet. Sucks not having online :[

Well, I got mine on Wednesday and have been playing it A-LOT! Its an awesome game. I would give it a 10.

@RandomBeef... Worms? C'mon... Anywho, I think its actually almost funner than they say. On the other hand, creating a level is harder than it looks. I don't even know where to start... After some practice, I'm sure it'll get easier.

I called gamestop saturday they told me : pre orders are for saturday, and monday & tuesday they will sell the game i just wanted to fill everyone in on that, so im going to attempt to purchase little big planet today the 27th of october if i somehow cant get it i'll purchase it on the 28th. Plus i wonder if that deal with the spacesuit and the shirt will be available till oct. 30th like it said on the ps store before the game was delayed.

I got mine last week when it was supposed to come out. Amazing game, cannot wait to play online with everyone else :)

I love this game. THe creator is simple yet so complex. I also could not get my kratos code redeemed.
