About METRO 2033: The Last Refuge
Metro 2033 will have players take the role of Artem, a young soldier who must reach the underground city of "Polis" to warn them of incoming attacks from "The Darkness" (mutated humans and animals). During the fight to the inner city, players must weave their way through all the different political organizations and governments. According to 4A Games, NPC's will live out their lives independently outside of the player's interactions, giving the game's society a more realistic feel.
