With the release of the Japanese PlayStation Home beta, Namco Bandai revealed four arcade classics as well as openings for three secret titles for PlayStation Home arcade. Alongside the arcade titles, Namco also showed off a new gamercard-like profile system where players can stat track, tag friends, and check online rankings.

The titles that are playable for users now include Dig Dug, Pac Man, Galaga, and Xevious. Also, Sony has noted that they are expanding their list of arcade games, launching a special Home version of echochrome.
So, now not only can PS3 gamers get the hottest titles from the store or PlayStation Network, but players can jump into Home and play both new and classic titles from various developers for free.

Good to see th classics free. So you can pay for them on Live or play them in a arcade machine for free ( I suppose) in Home. Lets hope this isn't just for Japan.

sounds awesome, specially the free part. Those are old games that most of us wouldn't pay to play but that are a great addition to a free-service. Now I have something to go into home for :)

That's great news but i hope this doesn't mean that home is going to be delayed because sony wants to add this feature before it comes out!
