Well the USA get's them first probably because of the same reason's movies are released here first way before the EU see's it in theatres. It will probably come soon. But as far as the older movies you have already there might be another issue that I am just oblivious too or else I dunno...

Good thing Sony owns their own movie company. It is one of the leg ups it has on MS. I hope, and really doubt, that Sony will give MS permission to market their movies.

I do agree that the rest of the world should get this...but to be fair at least 90% of these movies and TV shows are made Stateside.
I hope we get episode of Heroes soon.
