TeamICO to reveal new info on secret title today

Fan community Teamicogamers has posted a teaser stating that they will be revealing a little surprise for everyone today. Below is the image posted on their website.
In addition, TeamICO magazine has updated their website with a fresh new layout along with a teaser in their feature section for a "Secret December Feature." Hopefully it's something substantial about the new title.

A fan blog isn't going to get secret information from a Sony company. The only people that will announce this game is the devs themselves or sony. so don't get your hopes up.
