That house icon looks awefully familar (possibly a Linux theme?), are these your own creations or did you borrow some?

The theme looks nice, but the white towards the bottom makes to hard to read the text of all the menu items except the highlighted one.

The icons are found from icon packs all over the internet, and I picked the most suitable ones for this theme, so if you have seen these icons before they are on the internet, although others may have used them too in their themes as they are relatively easy to obtain. I tend not to use other people's themes for inspiration though as that would be unfair on the authors of those themes. What I like to do is find a dazzling wallpaper and some nice icons and tweak them slightly to compliment the theme.

If anyone else finds the white too bright at the bottom they can turn down the brightness option found in the theme settings.

If you take icons from other projects you must legally abide by the licences of those projects.  If they are GPL for example, you must acknowledge the orignial authors as well as release your theme under the GPL as well.  Otherwise you are in voilation of copyright laws.  The GPL and similar licences are designed so that people (like yourself) can make derivatives (like your theme) but you must adhere to the rules of the licence if you choose to use parts of a project that utilizes it.

You should go over the parts of your theme and make sure that you have given proper credit where credit is due.  Not that I think any of the authors will try to take any legal action against a freely distributed PS3 theme, but its nice to credit them anyway, even if it wasnt required by law.

If anyone is unhappy that their wallpaper or icons are used in this theme, then please leave a comment so that we can make amendments i.e. Give you credit where it's due or remove the item from the theme
