Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune has hit a milestone in sales as VG Chartz is reporting that the game has sold one million copies worldwide. This is great news for the PlayStation industry as it shows developers that the PlayStation 3 has the installed user base in order to put up quick and impressive numbers for exclusive content.
Anyone who has played this monster title will tell you that it’s an incredible experience and worthy of more than one play-through. Naughty Dog has released a lot of great material for PS fans worldwide and this one did not disappoint at all. For those of you that missed our review of Uncharted, you can check it out here.
When it comes down to sales, Uncharted is definitely the wrong word for it, as gamers have definitely charted through this experience at a rising rate.

I think the starting slow sales was due to the much lesser presence of the PS brand in the US,if it would have been a worldwide release, then these figures would surely have arrived a lot quicker(duh!).@TofuOnoPhD
No,actually we don't,because mostly they pull figures out of their hinds.

The thing with vgchartz is that their top 20 software Japanese charts differ from media create's who are based in Japan gathering data sales. I think vgchartz don't have the proper numbers and some of it is guess work.
Syphonfilr you chat sh1t. put a infnate health cheat on, play on easy and with non stop running, then you finish it in 6hrs. You can complete syphon filter in 3hrs or am I making that up? The play time on these games are way off, when I see a completion time under 10 hrs I know I've played it longer than that. I remember seeing the save time on FFX and it said 40 hrs when I had been playing alot of it for 2 weeks.

I loved this game. I beat it many times, but I'm not going to trade it in. Yes,it took ME more than 6 hours (not stupid either) so it's worth the money.

I love people like you who have to resort to insulting others. Especially after I called you the greatest gamer ever. Sorry for giving you a compliment. However there are a lot more "stupid people" as you so lovely put it, then expert players like yourself who just beat a game to beat a game. I liked to explore what I could, I liked looking for hidden items. I enjoyed making mistakes and learning from them. I guess I am just not legend enough like yourself to call myself a video gamer. For those of you other "stupid" people like me, as I said before, lots more fun then 6 hours if your not a super duper awesome gamer dude who is l33t and stuff.
