It is very unlikely for this to be in-game graphics, unless the deveolpers are working INSANELY hard for a very long time, or discover some revolution within development for PS3.
With high detailed subsurfed polygons, reflection/specular (maps), facial animation, hair rendering and simulation, huge textures resolutions, cloth simulation and not to mention the lightning, this will most likely not be in-game graphics. Both because it's too much to handle alone and if the enviroments should be of same detail. And it would be so much overkill to make such a detailed character if it only will take averagely 30% of the screen, especially if the game will run with 720p.
So, I'm sorry to put salt in the scar, but don't have too high hopes.
But let's see if they really can achieve these graphics. Never say never...

It's not ingame. There's just that perfection to every curve and surface that just screams pre-rendered. However, i have seen screens where her hair is blocked up and there are imperfections that indicate in game stuff and it's not too far off of this.
