The complete track list for Guitar Hero: Metallica has been unveiled for your viewing pleasure this week, courtesy of the group’s official website.

As mentioned in our earlier coverage on the forthcoming music simulation title, the game will feature numerous tracks from the band itself along with various songs from artists who have collaborated/toured with Metallica over the years.

Note that users who have downloaded the group’s ‘Death Magnetic’ album for PlayStation 3/Xbox 360 will be able to enjoy all ten tracks during the full game mode. The PS2/Wii versions, meanwhile, will throw in “Broken Beat & Scarred,” “Cyanide” and “My Apocalypse” to compensate.

The game will support all instruments, and I'm pretty sure it also support Rock Band peripherals, since it seems to be working on the GH:WT engine.

That is an impressive list.  Sure, there are some songs that I think should have been on there, while others be taken off, but Metallica is like three bands... so they have various fans to please.

Plus, they put the Mercyful Fate medley on there and that alone is worth the price of the game.  It is an amazing cover.
