Are you a fan of SingStar? Fancy yourself as the next Freddie Mercury? Live in the UK? If so, then Sony has something right up your street – the chance to take to the stage at this year’s prestigious Glastonbury festival.
Teaming up with club brand Guilty Pleasures as part of the fifth anniversary of the series, Sony is inviting fans to take part in a series of events titled Road to Glastonbury, where punters can record themselves belting out their favourite 'guilty pleasure' tracks. Alternatively, you can upload them from home via the SingStar website.
Events have already been held in London and Manchester, though there’s still two more to go – Brighton this weekend, and London the following week. Winners will bag themselves ‘PlayStation prizes’ as well as a special VIP trip giving them to the chance to perform on stage at Glastonbury.
SCE UK’s junior product manager of SingStar, Corrie Fenner, commented: SingStar is equally important to the male and female markets, and we’d like to think it’s a title that's entertaining for, and loved by, all generations and genders.”
“As the franchise evolves, we will look for new ways to help ensure that SingStar appeals to everyone, and by doing so, acts as a gateway which helps bring in gamers from across the spectrum.”

@Arda82 -- I have suspended your ability to comment for the present. You continue to post the same comment on every article, which has no intelligent merit. If I'm in a good mood, I will un-suspend you later this week, and if I see you spamming again, I will suspend your account permanently.

@Eric2929.. As long as i am not cursing i can say whatever i want. I do not believe everyone here is contributing to the forum. Also i do not need your pity. I can always create another account and say whatever i want to say. So in reality you can never block me. I can create a new nickname such as "blablabla" and can post whatever i want and you would never know that its me.
So again I believe this game will either be good or bad. Perhaps average. What is wrong with saying this? After all i am telling the truth.Kisses.

It's "wrong" because this news article is not about a game that's not out, it's about the Glastonbury festival and SingStar. I will continue to suspend your duplicate accounts, but if I "never know that its [you]," then that's probably because you're saying something that's not redundant, irrelevant or off-topic, in which case you're no longer causing a problem.
Your second account has been suspended. I have un-suspended your initial account. This is your last chance: should you continue to spam or create duplicate accounts, your IP will be banned.
