[UPDATE] Rumor: Ubisoft cans PS3 version of I Am Alive?

UPDATE:
Turns out this was a simple error after all -- the website now displays the PS3 version alongside its PC and Xbox 360 counterparts. Thanks to VG247 for the heads up.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
With the release date of Ubisoft’s I Am Alive still ambiguous (latest reports have the game pinned down for a 2011 release – considerably later than expected), it now appears the upcoming survival romp will no longer be coming out for PlayStation 3.
That’s if you’re to believe a listing on the company’s official website, which lists the game down for release on PC and Xbox 360 only, with a PS3 release nowhere to be found.
While this isn’t an outright confirmation that the title has been shelved for Sony’s platform, it does seem questionable as to why Ubisoft would neglect to mention a PS3 version unless there's something going on behind closed doors that we've yet to hear of. Fingers crossed this is just a simple error on their part.

2011?! it was meant to be out this year, Ubisoft fired the company developing it and then were finishing it in house, why is it down for 2011? something must've went horribly wrong

@20 the rise of ps3 is here now like a phoneix reborn from the ashes of ps2 and ready to shine valve,will never learn and except sony and ps3. as they are idiots and morons but to praise a console that breaks down alot and has freezing issuses and has red rings of death ps3 is the ultimate console playstation has been here longer than the xbox. it will never ever be half the console ps3 is or any of console for that matter sony is here to stay and like you said microsoft has already lost this war they are just to blind to see it.

well, the way they keep on treating people that own a PS3 and the way they keep treaing sony, this is another company I am not buying games from until they shape up. Ubisoft still uses the same stupid excuse of why they can't develop a proper looking game on the PS3. Ubisoft = crap .

@30 yeah it was good looking but if you look at assasins creed the ps3 version was not a graphical powerhouse neither was tom clancys rainbow six vegas 2 or most games this gen from them like bigdoggy i agree with him ubisoft does mean crap from them and they have never been able to deliver proper looking games on ps3 i will get assasins creed 2 but for the rest of this gen
i am not buying anymore ubisoft games ever
