Sony Europe boss Andrew House confirmed during the platform holder’s GamesCom press event today that the firm will be rolling out PlayStation Network cards in PAL territories at some point this year.

According to House, the cards will be available in both €20 and €50 denominations. A firm release date has yet to be announced, though hopefully we’ll be able to confirm something more concrete in the next couple of days.

In the meantime, be sure to check out the rest of our GamesCom coverage elsewhere on the site.

UK = Europe, so these should be available in the UK. I mean come on, UK is one of the largest gaming markets there is, every house I know has at least one console, so if when they say "Europe" they actually mean Germany, France, Italy, and Spain (which often happens when companies say "Europe") then this is just going to really get on my teets.
