Yeah, make the price drop and I could buy an other Ps3. Plus Sony will sh!!t on Microsoft and people will buy the console that it has Blu Ray disc for 199.

Who cares about Syphon_Filter. You\'re just wasting your money on Sony. Microsoft is blowing them completely out of the water with all the upcoming games/features. Blu-Ray sucks. I notice nothing different whatsoever.

Thank the good lord I'm not a fanboy. Sony dropping the price of the PS3 would be great fot the industry for a number of reasons:

1) More people will be able to buy the PS3 and this means more customers for developers making games development stack up that little bit more.

2) Introduces competition forcing competitors to act meaning we the consumer win in the end as we get things cheaper.

I love price drops on anything because you can almost guarentee that this'll lead to a bout of price slashing so its a win, win situation. I really don't care too much if more people buy the PS3 over Xbox 360 or Wii, why? Because I'm happy with the choices I've made and the games and consoles I havee to play them on.

@3 And who cares about you d!m person. Go pay for online and let Microsoft covince you with lies that they have better online and all those garb!!ge lies. And taking your money as you are stup!d person for sure and paying for the third parties to get 2 new maps early for 2 weeks. Go read about technology before posting stup!d things. Make sure to check out is coming next week of the new maps and you can play them for 3 weeks.

You actually made me laugh, upcoming games you say? The only games I saw on E3 and on gaming sites were Kinect crap, multyplat games and more halo/gears. And yes I have both the 360/ps3 and right now I been playing the ps3 since I actually have a choice on good exclusives.

Cost means nothing, I'm never buying another one unless it's backwards compatible, otherwise I will just use a Lanbox PC as a Media Center, since my entire library of PSone one PS2 games will be essentially dead if my 80GB model ever breaks. Too much time and money invested to just disappear not to mention the nostalgic factor. The 3D is/was cool, but now all players/PC's can do it.

@3 xbox discs and blu-ray dics have no difference? take a gander at la noire, the xbox version has three discs, while the ps3 version only needs one because the blu-ray disc can hold up more space
