Fresh evidence indicating Capcom is busy beavering away on Resident Evil 6 has turned up on the LinkedIn profile for The Third Floor Inc. CG artist, Shannon Justison.

The listing, spotted by The Silent Chief, mentions ‘Resident Evil 6 Cinematics’ as one of the projects Justison has been involved on.

Furthermore, it also claims that she began working on the game in June 2009 – three months after Resident Evil 5 hit shelves – and that the project is still in development.

Interestingly, The Third Floor just happens to be a partner of Reuben Langdon’s Just Cause Productions, the same company responsible for cobbling together the cut-scenes for Resident Evil 5.

Resident Evil 6 gossip has kicked up a notch in the past month or so, with the game’s logo supposedly being snapped behind closed doors at Comic-Con back in July. In addition, OPM UK said in its latest issue that the horror sequel is indeed in the works and will be out in 2012.
