Gearbox makes fans swear 'oath of loyalty' for Borderlands 2

Over 900 atendees of the Gearbox Software panel at PAX have been awarded a code for a free physical copy of Borderlands 2, courtesy of 2K Games.

However, the codes were not given out willy nilly, with Gearbox making the entire room swear to an oath of loyalty, love and respect to both companies.

Sadly, the codes are only avaible for redemption by U.S. attendees, however Gearbox hopes to give the same opportunity non-U.S. attendees as well.

Borderlands 2 is set for an expected release next year on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Loyalty to a videogame? that's pushing it. I have no loyalty towards any franchise.
