Sony delays 3D TV in Europe

Sony has confirmed that it has delayed the European release of its PlayStation 3 3D TV.

The swanky piece of kit was originally due out alongside its U.S. counterpart earlier this month.

No reason was given for the delay, nor is it known when PAL gamers can expect to get their mitts on the display.

In the U.S., the 3D TV retails for $499 and is currently pegged at £410 in the U.K. at Amazon. The unit boasts a 24-inch 3D display and comes with two pairs of Active Shutter glasses.

Stay tuned for our impressions on the 3D TV in the near future.
