Quantic Dream, the studio behind the hit PlayStation 3 game Heavy Rain, is set to provide a tech demo tonight at GDC. Studio co-founder David Cage will host the demo at 2 p.m. PST. The tech demo will show off the progress the studio has made since releasing Heavy Rain. It will set the foundation for the French developer’s next game.

According to Eurogamer, the tech demo will be similar to the studio’s 2006 PlayStation 3 demo of The Casting, which served as the basis for Heavy Rain. Eurogamer will air the demo starting at 10:30 p.m. GMT/2:30 p.m. PST. You can expect the next project fully backed by Sony, just like Heavy Rain.
