Naughty Dog revealed a glorious tease to its upcoming smash hit The Last of Us, but the best part about it is that the presented tease was not scripted.
This is definitely a different direction for Naughty Dog, especially since the last two Uncharted titles were quite linear. It’s incredible to see a game create situations that aren’t set in stone. In fact, writers here at PlayStation Universe were able to get their hands on the playable demo, which blew them away. Their demo looked as incredible as the teaser trailer did, and they were presented with plenty of choices to take throughout the demo in order to progress. With this result, we can safely say that the teaser trailer at E3 was played live for everyone to see.
Naughty Dog is really taking The Last of Us into a new realm of gaming, and we’re more than ready for it. Watch the video demo again in this new light, and we’ll have more to come on The Last of Us before the week is out.
