Polyphony Digital keeping mum on Gran Turismo 6 release details

Polyphony Digital may have recently confirmed that Gran Turismo 6 is in the works, but those of you expecting a rough idea as to when the racer will be out are out of luck – series creator Kazunori Yamauchi’s not saying.
Speaking over the weekend at the Gran Turismo 5 Asia Championship 2012, Yamauchi-san made it clear he’s got no intention of committing to a release window. Not yet, at least.
“If I carelessly say when it will be released, you’ll end up with people saying things like ‘it’s been delayed again!?’ so I will no longer say at this type of event," he said.
The question on everyone’s lips however is will GT6 be a PlayStation 3 title or will Polyphony Digital opt to release the game on Sony’s next-generation console, dubbed Orbis?
