Injustice: Gods Among Us cover art confirms The Joker as a character

WB Interactive has released the cover art for Injustice: Gods Among Us, which confirms that The Joker will be, presumably, a big part of the game.
As to be expected, The Joker should be involved in anything that involves Batman. However, as was speculated during the release of Batman: Arkham City, Mark Hamill said that he wouldn't be voicing The Joker any longer. This leads us to ask: who will voice The Joker in Injustice: God Among Us? Feel free to speculate as you enjoy the cover art for the game, which is slated to release in April 2013.
