Beyond: Two Souls to descend on Tribeca Film Festival, watch the live stream on PSU

Beyond: Two Souls, the hotly-anticipated adventure from developer Quantic Dream, will be putting in an appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) announced today.

Beyond’s A-list cast as well as the creative team behind the title will be strutting their stuff on the red carpet at an exclusive premiere event on April 27.

Among the cast members due to appear include leading lady Ellen Page, who portrays main protagonist Jodie Holmes.

Said Page: “This has been a really intense and exciting experience for me, and one that I am extremely proud of. I’m excited to see everyone’s reaction to the extended scene we are going to be screening – and to feel the powerful emotion that David Cage instils in all his games.”

Page’s co-star Willem Dafoe won’t be attending, though commented: “This is a momentous event both in the world of gaming and in the history of the Tribeca Film Festival. I wish I could be there on the night of the exclusive showing of a part of the game – it’ll be an exciting event. BEYOND: TWO SOULS tells a beautiful story and the players can wholly participate in each scenario and choose the characters’ action. This game is unlike any project that I’ve ever been involved with before.”

Attendees will also be able to participate in a live Q&A session with cast members Page, Kadeem Hardison, Eric Winter as well as game writer David Cage.

PSU.com will be hosting a live stream of the event, so be sure to stay tuned for more updates.
