PS3 firmware 4.41 is now live

As announced earlier this evening, Sony has officially launched firmware version 4.41 to the PlayStation 3.
Our original report indicated that this software update would simply include an improvement to system stability, and the included fixes must be pretty substantial, because firmware version 4.41 is a mandatory update.
Start the download now and let us know if anything has been fixed; I know we at PSU Towers have already started. Some comments in our previous post this evening indicated that a few features, particularly in regards to downloaded PlayStation 2 games, had issues that arose with the previous 4.40 firmware update, so please let us know if those issues have been fixed or if new issues surface.
