MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

PS4 will launch in Japan in 2014

Japan will not see the launch of the PlayStation 4 until 2014, Sony announced at their pre-Tokyo Game Show 2013 conference.

PS Vita TV announced

Sony announced at its conference today a new system called the PlayStation Vita TV. The device will allow for PS4 remote play and has a slot for physical Vita games.

GTA V is 100 hours long, confirms Rockstar

The vice-president of Rockstar Games has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto V will last players around 100 hours.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

Assassin's Creed Liberation HD announced, due early 2014

Ubisoft has confirmed on the PlayStation Blog that Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD is officially coming to PlayStation Network.

GTA V's full game map leaked

An image of what is purported to be the full colour game map for Grand Theft Auto V has surfaced online

Mass Effect 4 is beautiful, fun and ambitious, says project director

The project director for the Mass Effect trilogy, Casey Hudson, has tweeted about the next game in the Mass Effect franchise.
