A former employee with Microsoft’s Halo team has jumped ship to Sony first-party studio, Naughty Dog.
Corrinee Yu, who previously worked as principle engine programmer on Xbox’s flagship shooter series, has now joined the House of Nathan Drake as a graphics programmer.
Yu was previously director of technology at Gearbox Software from 2006 - 2008, after which she then joined Microsoft.
She is frequently listed as one of the most influential women in the video games industry, and is a graduate of the California State Polytechnic University.
Naughty Dog is currently working on an all-new Uncharted title for PlayStation 4. Could Yu be involved in Nathan Drake’s latest treasure-hunting adventure? Right now, it’s unknown what project she’s working on, but hopefully we’ll find out soon. Stay tuned to PSU.com for more details.----
