Danganronpa 2 localization leaked by American voice actor

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc launches on the PlayStation Vita in North America today and the followup game in the series may be landing on Western shores sooner rather than later. Prolific anime and games voice actor Kyle Hebert posted the below tweet that seems to confirm Danganronpa 2's localization, before quickly deleting it.

Hebert's tweet is a mistake because the character pictured who he voices, Kazuichi Souda, is not in today's release of the first Danganronpa entry but is featured in the sequel Super Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Academy.

The original Danganronpa will launch in Europe on Valentine's Day, February 14. It was originally released in Japan as a game on the PlayStation Portable, before being ported to iOS, Android, & Vita. Days before last year's Tokyo Game Show, a Vita spinoff third-person shooter named Absolute Despair Girl: Danganronpa Another Episode was announced for 2014 and stars the sister of the first game's protagonist, Makoto. Danganronpa has become a franchise that include novels, manga comics, and an anime adaptation, which is available for streaming by Funimation.

Check out my review of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, a thrilling experience that's one half Battle Royale (or Hunger Games) and one half Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney.
