Reminder: Resistance trilogy online multiplayer servers shutting down on April 8

The time’s nearly upon us, folks. The online multiplayer servers for Insomniac’s seminal alien-draped shooting trilogy, Resistance, will be shutting up shop permanently this coming Tuesday, April 8.

Previously set for a late March termination, the decision was made to allow Resistance aficionados an extra week to say goodbye to one of PS3’s best-loved series. Insomniac Games took to the servers a few days ago to play against fans, and there’s every chance that you’ll run into a firefight with the developers once again before Tuesday arrives.

Consider this a timely reminder - so don the garb, grab a carbine and fight the good fight for what will turn out to be the last time! Let us know below if you plan on hopping back on for one last go.
