Assassin’s Creed Unity 4-player co-op demo for E3 — rumor

Assassin’s Creed Unity will include a narrative-based co-op mode for up to four players, according to industry tipster ‘Shinobi602.’

Writing on Twitter (via GamePur), the former NeoGAF user commented, “AC: Unity, two demos planned. Hotness incoming. E3 2014.

“One SP, other showcasing 4-player co-op.”

That’s about all we have to go on, though The Escapist claims that the rumor is spot on, citing a reliable Ubisoft source.

Assassin’s Creed Unity is due for release on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One later this year, and takes place in Paris during the French Revolution. Another title, Assassin’s Creed Comet, is rumored to be in development for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
