Sony has confirmed that Gran Turismo 5’s online component will be hosting a final event before shutting up shop, allowing gamers to unlock content in its 2013 sequel.
Kicking off on May 30, the Gran Turismo 5 Online Event Finale will see two tracks up for grabs: the Top Gear test track (featuring a Mazda Roadster TC) and the 24-hour Nurburgring track (featuring a 2011 Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motorsport).
Gamers are required to register their lap times on both tracks, then log into Gran Turismo 6 between June 2 and June 29 using the same PlayStation Network ID to redeem their prizes in the shape of five new vehicles.
