Right heres the story.. I live in the UK and recently bought guitar hero 3! AWESOME GAME! after playing online for a while! i saw that there was new download content aviliable! so i checked the EU psn store.. Nope... but then checked my American Account US Store and sure enough there it is!!!
This really PISSED ME OFF! cos now i cant download the new content! it seems the EU Store allways gets shafted on this one! HELL even the xbox360 eu store got the new downloaded content 2 weeks B4 the game even COME OUT! and yet PS3 has Still no GH Content! for the EU Store!
So. after reading a few forums, i came across a complaint form that some1 made on th official guitar hero forums! and im just passing this on to you guys!
So if you have guitar hero 3? and want new content! or... you just are sick with the EU getting left out LAST! for ps3... please could you send this compliant! it will only take like 2 mins! just copy and piaste the complaint and send it via e-mail to. help@uk.playstation.com

I'm writing today to ask why Thursday November 29th's PSN store update did not contain either the Foo Fighters, Velvet Revolver or any other song packs for use with the EU version of Guitar Hero 3.
In the USA American gamers have had the song packs for several weeks and even European Xbox360 owners have had the song packs since the game launched last week.
While I appreciate the PSN store and online service of the PS3 is free, I do feel that Sony as a company aren't doing themselves any favour either as the Foo Fighters are an immensely popular band in the UK at the moment. They recently finished a sell out UK tour and their Wembley show next June sold out in 20 minutes and should you finally get around to uploading the song pack for us I can pretty much guarantee it would sell in it's 1000's but then you only have to look at the various topics on many gaming message boards to see just how popular this would be and how many people were disappointed to find no DLC on the store update.
I believe it would be in Sony Europe's best interests to make it known exactly WHEN we can expect Guitar Hero DLC by placing a 'Sticky' topic on the official PlayStation 3 forum message board if only to reassure us that Europe doesn't always get the crappy end of the stick.
