Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I found these while looking for a new cover myself. I bought the fat 2200mAh battery, and wanted to find a cover. I'm sure many of you are in this dilemma as well. Answer is solved with these, and for $4 shipped, you can't go wrong!

Ok, but now they have to make 'em in the proper colors because a white PSP with a black battery cover looks very, very, very, retarded. O_o

Well, I have a Piano Black unit, so I'm set. :)

Yeah but what about those with the silver or white psp's? Not so good now are they. Also is the Darth Vader silhouette on the white PSP on the battery cover? Because that'd be so sad that it'd be hysterical.

I believe it is.

And at least they have something out. I've yet to see anything from Sony, all I've seen from them is that they'll "be out soon".

Oh man I just looked it up and yup, the battery cover is right where that Vader silhouette is located. Who the hell messed that up so royally? If you wanted the Vader PSP congrats, but now if you want the newer bigger longer lasting battery you have to give up your Vader silhouette. Oh boy, oh boy. O_o

I would get a Piano Black Slim, so I'd just get the black one. I wonder how long you can play on the bigger battery for the slim? Seems like you would be able to get a lot of time out of it (I can get a good chunk of time out of my fatty PSP with the stock battery), so having an energy efficient unit, with a battery bigger than what is in the old PSP... AAAhhhhh! Gaming glory!

With my 2200 battery, the time estimated by the PSP for life remaining was around 10 hours! :)

I can usually get 8 or so hours out of my fat PSP with stock battery. Just keep the brightness down, and give it a small break every once in a while (straight playing eats the battery faster), and it's good to go.

I do. I usually play mine mostly at work. Sometimes I'll get 10 to 15 minutes break, and sometimes I'll get an hour. Just depends on how things are going. In my line of work the weather really plays a part in that. If the weather is bad then I'm going to be playing a lot of PSP. LOL
