lucky you, I really want Hatton to win, I can't stand Mayweather's arrogance

****ing hate his arrogance, there is confidants and there is arrogance. I don't mind him gloating about being the best boxer in the world and such, but showing off how many house, car,rings,chains,ect really make him look right old ****.

I really hope Hatton floors him.

I've bet 100$ for Ricky to win, and from the odds I've read its suppose to be a real close fight. Ricky to win from landbrokes, Floyd to win by the American betting agencies.

did anyone ever see "the great white hype"? it was a remake of "the great white hope". well i called this weeks ago. "the great white hype" is what this fight was and we all seen how that movie ends. Mayweather should jus retire because there is no other boxer for him to fight. Paul Williams is too tall and Migel Cotto would get his "how do u say... arse?" beat. Floyd was winning in the cards too for all you haters. Floyd wins no ifs, ands, or buts. KO

Good thing I don't care about boxing otherwise I might care about his match. I usually go for the underdog because I like to see the shocked looks on the people's faces when the underdog wins. Either way, Looks like Mayweather can keep talking trash.

I saw him on some sportsnet show the other day and he has some nice rides. The boxing game is beating him down though. He gets these wax treatments on his hands two to three times a week. It was interesting watching all these things he does to keep his body from breaking down more. Mostly joint pain from all the impact over the years.

Maybe he will actually be like Marciano and retire undefeated.

I really would have loved to see Hatton win for the sake of his adorable son. However, whenever an English sportsman/person/team gets the slightest amount of media coverage, success seems the most difficult thing to attain. Look at the English rugby team, football team, Lewis Hamilton and the cricket team for example.

With the exception of Paula Radcliffe's fantastic marathon win, 2007 has been a depressing year for English sport.

I was so excited when I saw this knock down and the second one. Mayweather is just to smart, powerful and quick for the competition. The only person that had a chance at beating him was De la Hoya. I think that De la Hoya was in the best shape he had ever been in to fight Mayweather and he still couldn't stop him. I agree with the above poster he should retire now. He has done all that he should and more. Because of his physical problems like his hands being so brittle from all the punishment. He needs to give it a break and take another venture. Mayweather gave people a chance to box him. He did not run from challengers he accepted them and did what he needed to do to win. I don't call Mayweathers running around the ring cowardly boxing, he does this to get off a good solid shot. Mayweather knows how to get into his opponents head and beat them in and outside the ring.

i cant believe i stayed up till 5 in morning after a full day at work. soooo tired!

the ref spoiled the fight in my eyes, after everything the ref said in the dressing rooms!!
if only Hatton had directed all his punches more he'd have beaten Mayweather, but tha Pretty boy did wat he had to do and came out winner!!

Loved the english fans out there tho, was there ainy Yanks in the MGM?? couldnt hear them

He comes across as a clown to me, however, he is seriously involved in giving back to the community so I usually try to hold me tongue when it comes my personal feelings about the man. I'm also not a fan of his boxing style and mayweather himself said he needed to switch up his style for the sake of the fans in one of the interviews after the fight. The white boy simply never had a chance and only made it worse with the cheap shot to the back of mayweather's head. He infuriated Mayweather with the cheap shot and mayweather made him pay for his antics.

Really i'm not so sure he would cruch calzgahe, sure i would have been only 10 but i honestly don't think he would have crushed calzgahe i mean i've watched previous fights from both fighters and it would not be a crushing.

In my opinon (one that is shared but a lot of other people) Calzaghe is really underrated

Yh i do agree that hopkins is probably the greatest middle weight of all time, but i still don't think he would crush calzaghe.

I think if you watched the fight ya'll actually see that he didnt actually touch the back of his HEAD.

how ya can say he didnt have a chance is ******** seeing as over the corse of the fight he was def the aggressor of the fightm he just didnt Direct aswell as Mayweather, if his punches had connected aswell he would have beaten him earlier on!!!
