How do you get music on your psp

U have an USB cord but it says i need to do something frist to install soemthing but i dont know what

Well, first try it a few times as sometimes it doesn't recognise it. If that fails, format your memory stick again, if you havent formatted your memory stick in the first place, do it NOW. Go to the settings menu and go system settings, i think, if its not there just check under all the settings options.

It might help if you wrote in english, your sentence structure is not good so i can't understand most of your post, but if you live in america go and get the PSP media manager software, install it and you shouldn't have any problems.

However, you shouldn't NEED the software. You may have a format of your music which psp can't play, the psp i think plays ATRAC 3 and ATRAC 3 plus and MP3. It can play WMA but you need to download the 2.6 update on your psp first and activate it.

If you are still having trouble, come back and write your problem in better english with more detail.

how do i save my game file on my computer because when i format my mermory stick its deletes everything

Well if youve formatted it already, there should be no need to reformat it. But if you are going to reformat, do you have the same problem with moving games to your computer as music?

i dont no how to move games or music to my computer how do i do this?

oh dear, right start from the beggining, turn on your psp, connect the usb wire to your psp, now connect the other end to your computer. Nothing will happen at this point, now go to settings on your psp and there should be a section saying usb mode, click on that on your psp and the screen should come up with something like in usb mode.

The psp will now be detect by your computer, you go into "my computer" on your computer and it should be detected as an external drive. Click on the icon and it will take you to some folders, this is your memory stick, now in one of those folders are some more folders named as "games" "music" "video" ect.

If you click on one it will open the folder and all your music or games saves that are on your psp at that time will be there. Now, you move them like any file on your computer, so set up a folder to hold your psp stuff on your computer, move the stuff from your psp to that folder.

Now, press o on your psp to get out of psp mode and go and reformat your memory stick.

Repeat the process, to get the stuff back on your psp, be careful you put things in the right place.

wait just use wma format. go to my music in my computer and copy the cds that you want to the psp music folder. its takes alot less room but same sound as mp3.
