In order to revive the Post and Poster of the Month, the staff has decided to create a committee to nominate posts and a member for the award. We feel that this will allow for greater user participation in forum decisions.
This committee will:
A. Nominate a high quality post and poster every week.
B. Send their nominees to the staff every week.
C. With the sending of the 4th and final nominations, include their suggestions for the final winners, and rationale.
D. Not be allowed to nominate their own posts :wink:
The staff will take the 4 nominations for post and poster of the month and from those choose the final winner in each category. The post and poster of the month do not have to be the same person.
The group leader (which will change monthly) is responsible for sending the report to the staff.
If a member of the committee finds they no longer have the time to participate in this group, they will be asked to resign from it. If the group leader finds that a member has not participated in some time, he is expected to alert the staff so we can demote him or her if necessary.
Most of you know all that already and I know you're only here to find out who's in so here you go.

Congratulations guys! Nikhil will get the ball rolling on the July POTM in due course and thanks for your participation.
Those who didn't make it don't be disheartened as we may grow the committee in time and there will be replacements needed as people become less active.
