hey.
i'm thinking of getting a new sig. i don't have a pc or anything so can't mock one up.
i'd like to keep it red and white sort of thing as i think it's quite recognisable now throughout where ever i use it online.
at the mo i cant afford one but if someone could give a few ideas or maybe a couple of concepts for me. i don't know how much trouble that'd be, but i can make a down payment of 500sp and can pay in instalments :) this sounds funny.

that's what i don't know. what could be done in red/white? i don't like the smoking one anymore, it just seems ignorant.
but i don't want it to be over crowded, i would like it to be kind of simple and to stand out.
i will have a think about the theme, but help with ideas would be cool, as i don't want it to be too ps3 related as i will prob be using it elsewhere.

Before my PS3Forums time :D, but yeah, I have invaded most peoples signature spaces. I may start putting subliminals in my sigs soon :lol:

I dont think you can with the PS3 browser, or its very difficult, just tell us, then we'll just google them.

well to be honest i can't think of anything not ps3 related!!
thats ok, i'll just have a ps3 related one for this site and keep the smoking one for others.
if you google images: metal gear solid faces, on the bottom right you should see psp wallpaper, and solids face in typical mgs art. maybe something like that but in red.
we could maybe have 3 different faces/characters/something to do with ps3 in red, with white background. maybe you know, half the face is shadowed in red, the other half white so you can tell who it is.
poss have my name/my face/ "playstation 3"/ something like that to bulk it out a bit more.
what do you think?
any ideas with ps3 related/ character related would be helpful.

I just freehanded some different layers with brushes and just made sure to keep with the red and white theme. Might have a go at that with the faces that you were talking about too.
And yeah, it's always good to see what others come up with. I don't like to think of it as a race to win the sig request, more of a chance to keep practicing photoshop skills.

It's down to the person really, people usually offer skill points and/or rep but there isn't a set amount.
I'm just chuffed is someone chooses mine, especially when I'm up against Xelis and Minimal to mention a couple :)

i suppose it's good fun aswell if its something you're interested in.
i wish i'd heve kept up with computers and everything. i'd be lost if i stareted now, but i might just buy one and try and catch up. i'd love to be a wizz on them like most people seem to be.

It doesn't take to long to get up to scratch. It's a bit like when you get a new mobile phone really. If you use it every day it just comes natural.
I had a go at the one with 3 faces here: Got Altair on there from Assassins Creed, Niko Bellic from GTA4 and Solid Snake from MGS4:

I know its not for me but thats a pretty cool sig, Liking the faces but maybe altair should be infront of Snake? Just my opinion :)

ooh, much better! i'm not into niko though, maybe snake, altair and young snake/big boss saluting/ninja raiden or maybe just thm two? although i love the look of one person behind the other. and possibly make the "d" a bit more like a d.
