So I beat GTAIV awhile ago, and I still have not received any text messages from Stevie about stealing cars. This was something I was really looking forward to, and I haven't gotten any yet. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong? I killed Kate by the way, at the end, and had Roman live if that matters

You mean Brucie? Well, if you do mean Brucie, the stealing cars thing is only available about 1/3 into the game or something. Check your email in the internet cafes in the game.. It should have at least the one email that should've started the quest line..

Nope, no emails from Bruice, and yes, I was talking about Stevie, I was reading online and there are missions from Brucie and Brucie's friend, Stevie.

yeah, when you do brucie's mission where you have to race a gold car, thats stevies car, he should email you with work and give stevie your number to txt you with details of cars, and you get a garage symbol on the map near your bohan safe house.
Maybe you have to steal some cars for brucie or get a certain %age of likeness or repect with him first :S
I'm not sure but doesn't he send you emails instead of text messages?
I am in the same spot I think you have to get into an car and when its the car that steve wants a message would pop up telling you to take it the garage but the thing is that the car list is random so everybody would have to take different cars to garage

Yea, I'm going to go check my emails again, but I'm pretty sure there is nothing from Bruice or Stevie, and I remember doing the racing mission, but don't remember getting a text, I'll check that, too... this sucks, I was REALLY looking forward to doing stealing missions, they were the best in San Andreas.

stevie txts, brucie emails, i can tell you the locoation of the nxt 1 steal, i think its the same cars in a random order

Okay, so I checked my emails and responded to all of Brucie's past emails, and suddenly, I get a text from Stevie telling me to find a motorcycle, so I think it's working now! Thanks for all your guys help!!!
EDIT: So I found the motorcycle and delivered it, now what? How do I get another message, do I just wait??

TBH, I haven't even talked to Stevie. The only thing I know about the dude is that Stevie is Brucie's "friend". I don't see him on the map, I don't have any e-mails from the dude, I don't have his number. I just recently saw on a 100% completion checklist that his name was on there with his missions, but I've never heard of any of them. I have already beaten the game, but I never seen or heard from him throughout the game myself, so I don't know what to tell you.

I kept stealing the cars to order from Brucie...But when stevie sent the first text, i accidentally deleted it. Since then, I haven't been able to complete his missions. Any ideas, people?

there is no option to delete a message before the car is retrieved so no you didn't.
Moving this to the right section.
try finding the 1st car for steve, look online for a map & location of all the cars and get the banchee to the east of the central park in 2nd city, thats the 1st car. and drive it to that island above the 1st city and drive near the auto repair shops. it will ask you to drive in one of them.
i dont remember getting a text from him but thats how i did it. and he sent lots of texts after that.

what i do after delivering one of stevies cars i go back to the safe house and sleep but u dont need to save only if u want 2, after u wake up u get a txt message from stevie showing the next car he wants u to get, so then u dont have to wait a long time.
