I've been reading reviews for it and I can't actually find a bad review for it, check it out:

http://ptech.wsj.com/ptech.html

“the best and most advanced personal computer operating system on the market.”

http://www.nytimes.com/2005/04/28/technology/circuits/28pogue.html

“the classiest version of Mac OS X ever.”

http://news.yahoo.com/s/pcworld/20050430/tc_pcworld/120646

“a giant leap”

There was one decent review and one bad review:

http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/05_19/b3932036_mz006.htm
He stated that Mac OS X 10.4 was good but not much of an improvement over Mac OS X 10.3

He was upset you needed a lot of memory to run it and decent comptuer specs but he agreed it was much better than Windows.

Mac stores were supposed to be filled to the brim, CNET covered the story got no link to it though, looks like Apple have delivered the goods again, I wonder what MS will do to counter this, Service Pack 3?

LOL with all the new things Apple are doing lately I thought it would be nice for a change I'm sick of hearing the same old, thats sad getting sued over naming it Tiger, they should get through it, just think soon I'll be playing around with my Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger while you guys are suffering from viruses and bugs and crashing daily with your XP :P

You haven't had a single problem in 3 years, you didn't even suffer from the blaster worm??

Nope, the patch for Blaster was out for over 30 days before the worm hit. If you had autoupdates on you were just fine.

Also, if you didn't patch but had a firewall up you were fine.

Though a lot of people did get hit with it, mostly due to those 2 reasons above. XPSP2 turns on the firewall by default and prompts the user to turn on Autoupdates by default following install. Hence why you haven't seen another Blaster, well, since Blaster.

The only way it affected me directly was when I volunteered to help handle the support calls for Blaster. I volunteered along with about 30,000 other MS employees for about 3 days to get them all resolved.

Nope, actually never even heard of the worm blaster till you just said something.. i have a linksys wireless modem that has a firewall on that and i have the XPsp2 and that has a firewall on that and i have that free microsoft spyware thingy so i havent had a single virus or anything in my system.

I did install updates but my games stopped working so I had to reinstall Windows XP, when I did I got hit by the virus again and my computer kept going on and off, it was a pain because I had to install Linux to use my PC and then about a couple of weeks later I patched it up and it worked fine but my DOS games still don't work to this date.

South Peak Interactive is currently working on Two Worlds, an upcoming RPG game for the PC and Xbox 360. Gamestop has a product page which reveals that Two Worlds could be coming for the PS3, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Two Worlds combines the extremely dynamic and sophisticated combat system with the meaning and freedom of exploration exceeding the accomplishments of other games of the genre. A top quality Role Playing experience - the ultimate goal of the Two Worlds project is to deliver a superior Role Playing Game to the PC and Xbox 360 market where players have a real chance to shape the game world with their actions - to an extent that has yet to seen in other productions. This premise will be supported with a strong, non-linear storyline, mind blowing graphics, and stunning combat sequences. To attract the mass audience, the complexity of the game will be achieved mainly through a variety of meaningful choices while the User Interface will be simplified.

If this information is correct, it’ll be nice to see the PS3 gaining some of the Xbox 360’s titles since the console has been capturing a lot of the PS3’s exclusives as of late. In the mean time, we’ll try to contact South Peak Interactive and get a confirmation about this story.
