it actually shows how the 'system' looks like...its a fairly cool video. ill try to get a pic of the video.
EDIT: i cant get any images from the video itself. im afraid your going to have to actually see the video for yourself.

The video is not real, but some fans probably wish it were.

Nice??? it reminds me of Virtual Boy... you wear glasses to see the game.. i didnt see a single controller throughout that whole entire video.. and Mario looked a revamped mario for gamecube.. not impressed. and the console looks like a messed up human head.. then you take the glasses off it.
JESUS CHRIST! This video is too good to even squatted only as a fanboy made. Is this how revolution looks, cuz it looks frikking COOL!!!!!

i think you got it all wrong. thats supposidly a portable gamecube, not the nintendo revolution.
Here are the screencaps from the video. I don't know what to say. I think its possible but I also think this is just too much to take. If this is real then Xbox360 is history already!

Xbox360 being history already.. that nintendo console looks half as bad as gamecube.. the only difference i see is purple not being shown.. but theres no vents or anything and i doubt they would be able to cram all the stuff in that small space.
Why are you sweating then? Maybe it hasn't occured to you that the video is a fake! Take it easy there pal. We both know 4 is a bigger no. than 3 (read cores!) so don't worry, we'll see the real deal at E3.
By the way, in my previous post I said "IF" this is real. Which indicates that I'm only comparing it with whats been shown which is Xbox360 only. So yea I'll say it again. If this is real then Xbox360 is history! But before someone else(or u again) start sweating quotes back at me. Dude, this is speculation, enjoy it and quit panicking.

A new fan-made Revolution video has Nintendo fans marveling at the possibilities. Must see.

Oh man thats a shame I was all psyched up, all these fakes make me want to find out what the Nintnedo Revolution will be like even more, if Ninty dissappoint this will truly be a sad generation and if Sony dissappoint too that means no console for me this gen!

Mak, trust me man! If you'd seen this movie. You could swear it was officialy endorsed by Nintendo. But I had already read the post where IGN said its fake. I still couldn't believe someone investing so much time just to make 6mins of uber high quality mockup like this. It is the best looking/feeling/enticing mockup in the history of videogaming!!!!

The reason I thought it wasn't real was because of the virtuality reaity type glasses, I don't think thats been configured correctly and would cause problems, Nintendo already get taken to court for all sorts of health problems related to the lighting in games the last thing they'd need is even worse problems which will almost definetly come with virtual reality... I wish it was real though.

A lot of people do get nausea and sickness, it can also have bad effects on eyesight, I think about 70% of people suffer from something bad when using virtual reality so I doubt they'd have something virtual reality lined up unless they configured it to work.

That was amazing. Nintendo should hire whoever did that ON THE SPOT!! No seriously, Nintendo really should hire this guy/girl (s) that was amazingly stylish... much more along what I'd expect from Sony rather than Nintendo. It... I'm honestly just wowwed. They've obviously got some real talent... shame the concept's a complete joke... something like that wouldn't be ready for what 50 years?? Still, just amazing. You would think there was a small team of artists working on it... if it's just a single fanboy, that'd be just insane.
Good God! Just when I thought its over, I found another High-res screenshot of the Fake Revolution Video. Whoever made these renders/video really needs a GF more than their PC!
By the way, I am starting to question whether this is really not THE revolution we will see at E3? "Shudders"

Dam, i was just sold on nintendo until i read that it wsnt real. that would be amazing, but i was curious about the make games part, that would be cool. if nintendo came out with something like this it would have a good chance of destroying sony and microsoft but then again it could flop like the virtual boy.
:lol: I don't like the name, but if this was indeed the system (barring the name) then not only would Microsoft be in for a rough ride but Sony as well. It said something about making your own games. How cool would that be?
I'd love to make my own rpg. I've taken a creative writing course (twice!) and have been writing since I was in eleventh grade. I've even placed my work on a site where I get feedback. I've thought about buying rpg maker for PS2, but what I've read of the consumer reviews the manual doesn't give you all you need to make the game, and you really need to purchase a strategy guide, which just seems like so much of hassle.
I'm sure though Nintendo in its simplicity would make creating your own games fun and, hopefully, you could be ambitious with it. I'd be willing to bet that the graphics you could come up with would be somewhere between PS1 and PS2 quality, which isn't all bad. Chrono Cross for PS1 is amazing! I'm so taken aback by how that game has aged. [spoiler:3371de270d]Similiarly, when Squall's final limit Lionheart is executed in Final Fantasy VIII the sequence STILL holds up well against today's games.[/spoiler:3371de270d] Yeah, Microsoft AND Sony would definitely be cowering before the might of Nintendo if this was real.

You know... that's the one thing I hate about Square (squeenix)... their localizations suck... randomly changing names and such as they please. I never understood it... drives me nuts.
What do I mean?
The name was not lionheart... the original name was "End of Heart" ... which IMO is a thousand times cooler.
Rikku? No her name is actually Ryukku.
Peppita? No, her name is souffle.
Lots and lots and lots of that sort of thing and just meh to bad translations.

Err... it's a matter of taste... I thought it was a great game. However, it's a little heavy on numbers. I often refer to FFVIII as the Statistician's Final Fantasy. There's a lot of way here and there that you can effect stats and so forth, which is a big part of the game. Some people are turned off some think it's brilliant... I'm personally somewhere in between... but I loved it.

I never liked how in final fantasy X they made you get your abilites/powers etc. by that board. I couldnt stand that part of the game it made things so difficult for me lol
Sony Computer Entertainment started producing the previously announced 65nm CELL processor. All PlayStation 3 units so far have a 90nm processor inside, but this will change soon. As it seems Sony has started the massproduction of the 65nm processor, and this will have a few advantages.
First of all, this will mean a price cut for Sony on every PlayStation 3 sold. This is because the 65nm CELL processor is cheaper than the 90nm processor.
And second, this means a heatreduction for the PlayStation 3.
Also this 'new' processor is not only for the PlayStation 3, it's will also be used for more Sony or Toshiba products.
Whether this new 65nm processor will be in all PlayStation 3 units at the European launch is unknown. We expect Sony to announce this in the coming months. Don't expect a price drop though, because Sony will still lose a lot of money with this 'new' processor.
