Signature Rules not working?

Exactly that. I've seen many guys in the Design Corner section with either too long sigs or too heavy which don't comply with the rules. It really pisses me off when I do comply with it (at least I try to)

I suggest either comming up with an idea or changing the rules so they are more flexible, that's all I ask for a cleaner, equal to everyone forum.

I change them when I see them, so I guess all I can say is report them more.
