Hi, if anyone remembers the game freelancer i could really use their help.
I am stuck on the blood dragon base of kyoto. I am supposed to raise my level by taking missions for them but there are none listed in the bar. What am i supposed to do. If i leave the base, all i can do is take the jump hole and
get blasted by bountyhunters or police.

Did you try leaving the base to elsewhere like another base while avoiding being blasted? I haven't played that game for a while so I'm not sure on what exactly will happen at that point but it's helpful to go elsewhere and build up credits.

The organisers behind the Tokyo Game Show have confirmed that SCEI chief Kazuo Hirai will be delivering the keynote at TGS 09 in late September.

The keynote, entitled ‘New Tactics For 2009’, is pencilled in for September 24 and will begin at 10.30am.

Kotaku also notes that a panel discussion will be present concerning tactics and strategy for global game makers, and will include appearances by executives from a number of high profile developers, such as Capcom Sony, Bandai Namco and Square Enix.

The 2009 Tokyo Game Show runs through September 24 – 27.
