View Full Version : "Martial Arts" Sig/Avy Request ==> 3000+ SP and rep will be donated!
Since Martial Arts defines one of my major passions I'd like someone to go ahead and try creating both a signature and an avatar based upon this setting.
I don't want to see any real combatant in particular but rather a signature that shows the acrobatics and intensity of said sport along with a mixture of dark and vibrant colors without over-exaggerating it.
This image may give you a slight clue of what I'm referring to in terms of stylistic designs (not that you should use the picture in the first place though):

I know that this is a very demanding task as you will have to give your fancy full scope but be assured: you will be thoroughly rewarded depending on the actual outcome.

To be honest, I really don't know. I was more aiming at a universal approach to the whole martial arts setting without narrowing it down to one person.

This looks really good already! I especially like the blurr effect on the left. However, the background in general is a little generic (no offense at all!) hence I'll wait for other entries to show up before making up my mind.

Rock on with the Martial Arts man! I do Taekwondo myself, been doing it about 11-12 years. ;)
Anyways, if I get some time, I'd love to take a crack at this. I may or may not get around to it, seeing as I have a lot of things to take care of lately. If I haven't turned anything in by Sunday, then I'm most likely not going to have one in, so don't wait up for me.

EDIT: One more thing though. Would it be possible to get rid of the white background within the avatar so that just the fighter and my name appear? Basically in the same manner as your avatar is shown.

Thas odd.... The avatar I made for you Is a .png image, meaning it HAS a trasnparent background and its only 15kb so its on forum rules....
Try right clicking on the image, saving it onyour computer then addng it as your avatar through browse" files and add it...It should work that way...

@Wrath... Im still not sure why the avy did not appear as transparent. I have done it again and It should work. If not I made one with the same background as the forums, that will work...

The forum can't handle .PNG images in avatars.
File>save for web>Put quality below 60. Save as JPG.
Just copy the color of the forums background and make that the background.
