Hey guys,
As you might have seen, there are few changes for this year's E3. They are:-
E3 News Roundup: (http://www.ps3forums.com/viewforum.php?f=26) To keep all the news in one, easy-to-access place, we will be having a section dedicated to list all the newst news articles. Only staff will be able to update this, so there won't be all the extra discussion to bogg it down. To discuss news pieces go to the appropriate section on the forum.
Submit E3 News (http://www.ps3forums.com/viewforum.php?f=27) Find a piece of news not already on the Roundup? Submit it here! Please, only submissions, no discussion. Discussion is to go in the appropriate forum.
Report Spammers! (http://www.ps3forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=21421) To combat the onslaught of rule breakers and spammers, we've got a dedicated Sticky in Suggestions & Comments where YOU can help keep this forum clean. See anyone break the rules? Report them there. We will be on the lookout for potential SMC members also ;)
A question I suspect will be asked, is:
Why don't we just have a section for all E3 discussion?
Well, my response is that we would have LOADS of duplicated threads between the E3 one, and the original section i.e. PS3 Discussion or PS3 Games. By keeping the original ones, it allows everything to be easily separated into categories for people to use.
One good idea, however, is to put a [E3] before the title of your new thread, so that people know it's E3 related.
I hope everyone is happy with these suggestions! I'm really looking forward to a good E3 this year, as I know many of you are too, and am excited by how busy these forums will be. Feel free to PM a staff member with any concerns you may have!
