Very quick and easy request

Hello, I know that this should probably be in the design corner, but I thought that it would get many more views here. My cousin has asked me to do a photoshop, but unfortunately the computer with it on is not working right. So i was wondering if anybody would be able to do the very easy task of placing these wheels
