View Full Version : Alpha Prime! A nextgen game for PC's, must watch trailer
This game Alpha Prime is from a Czech studio if I'm not wrong and is their 2nd game. Its remarkable how they can do such an awesome job at their 2nd go. Wow. I just saw there 18mb physics demonstration video of this game and I'm stunned. It is probably the smoothest FPS shooter I've ever witnessed on PC. Most probably the demo was recorded off a high-end developer kit, even then the quality of graphics is astounding for a PC title. Have a look yourself

This game is nice. I've seen it. Has some nice physics. If your on the moon that is. Which I think it is.
And did you see those Plasma bombs? Lol, you could tell they got that from Halo. Still cool though.
If you can't view it in Quicktime then use DivX. I had to download it first. Something's wrong with my Quicktime. :?

Earlier today the same rumor about Warhawk resurfaces, the rumor was that Warhawk has became a downloadable game only has been debunked again.
Sam Kennedy, who reported this runmor spent the day playing the game on a disc. So that right there should have sent off a red flag.
When Kotaku contacted Sony reps for comment today they had thisto say:
At this time that's simply not true. We have not made any decision with regards to distribution for Warhawk, which is due out this fall.
Why did Mr. Kennedy come to such a conclusion when he in fact played the game on a disc?
While the status of the distribution method for the game may still be up in the air at this time, we at PSU consider this rumor debunked until a final decision is made in a few months over how the game will be released

Mr. Kennedy was quick to report that he had actually played the preliminary version of Warhawk on a Blu-ray disc, leaving many readers to wonder how he came to such a conclusion.

Mmmm...
Seems to be a maybe news story based on a possible rumour. Is this really news? I'd say hold off on this until you get confirmation either way otherwise it's just a lot of hot air.
