Username changes

There has been a dramatic increase in the number of requests for name changes recently and although I have been willing to make these changes it is becoming clear that it is causing some confusion for the staff and for members in general.

From now on only minor changes will be accepted (capitalisation, shortening/lengthening by a few characters, etc.)
