After a good deal of time (a month or two) the staff have come to the conclusion to axe the Political section of the forum. Consideration took a few forms. The amount of problems we had to deal with from that area, and its overall necessity in a place like this. Long story short? We don't feel it has a place in this forum, we didn't like what the section had turned into and felt it needed to be shut down.
The staff welcome any topic political in nature if it has relevance to gaming or the entertainment industry. But much like religion it seems that the majority of people have a hard time discussing it maturely, without causing problems.
