"No Halo 3 at E3 this year! While Joanna Dark also didn’t show much presence things are pretty much playing out as I expected. Okay enough self indulgence. The big news is that Bungie is going to unleash the Chief on an unsuspecting Sony and Nintendo this summer at X05!! The competition better break out the big guns because Bungie has been working non stop to build a teaser trailer that will whip the Bungie addicts into an uproar like they did back at X02!
The Hedgehog’s Take- A new Rallisport is also rumored to be premiered at the show, but really who cares about that when you’ve got Halo 3??"

Does this seem like it could happen?
I was hoping for a teaser of Halo 3 at E3 but it didn't.

Ummm, what's X05? What does the X stand for?
Microsoft has been running their own show for about for about 3 years now.
X02, X03, X04 and now X05
That's just it's name.

Oh okay, just wondering. Kinda new to me that's why..
Well, if they show Halo 3 at X05 then we'll see what kind of competition KillZone will get. Get's Guerrilla ready. And about time. I want to see the graphics. See how well and what new features are added.
I can't say for certain, but I doubt you will see Halo3 at the next X0 event.
Next E3 is more likely. They don't want Halo3 to overshadow any of their launch titles. They also want to make sure Bungie has enough time with the final hardware before they try to show off Halo3.

So does that mean Halo 3 releasing at the same time as the PS3 isn't true? Or was this Halo 2.5?? Well, none the less I remember something distinctly Halo being available during the PS3 launch... if Sony launches in Spring, but they're waiting for E3, won't... I'm confused aren't?? ANyway, please clear that up Siren.
Sony isn't launching until Spring 2006. That takes place after E3 06
MS can show Halo3 at E3 06 just fine.
But Spring 2006 could be March or April... which is before E3 06
All depends, I assume, on how long Bungie have been beavering away on Halo 3. They're MS's prize ponies so it wouldn't be a vast surprise to me if they've had kit's longer than anyone else.

Well SCEA didn't say when during spring 06 it would launch. Who knows it could launch in the beginning of spring (March 1st) or it could launch at the end of spring (June 15th), Or even during the middle of spring! (April 21st). Though Even if Halo 3 does launch aside of PS3, I don't think it will take much away from the PS3. Since Halo isn't that big of a thing over in Japan as it is in America. Japan is SCEIs biggest place to sell things, and then America and Europe. The PS3 will take a slight hit in America, though I don't think it Halo 3 will touch it in Europe.
It all depends though, if you'd ask me when I would want to launch it, I would probably have to say the same day as the PSP launched. March 25th, 2006 would be a good day. As also I would say a Worldwide launch at that would even boost it. Though I guess we will have to wait to see.
A brand new game has been announced, Harker. Being released sometime 2008, You join the character John Harker on his mission to avenge his fallen loved one, Mina, who fell pray to Dracula.
This is definitely not your typical Castlevania Game where you swing around a whip to kill half your enemies.
Gamers will fight against powerful and stealthy vampires. Use the Sixaxis controller to launch ferocious combos of punches and kicks that would make any Mortal Combat junkie proud.
Finish off your evil foes with a quick snap of the neck or drive a stake throw their fiendish skulls like a knife through butter.
This is shaping up to be a truly great looking game being created by the studio known as The Collective but sadly no publisher has been announced but hopefully one will be very soon.
Watch PSU for continued updates on the exciting new Action Adventure game.

Your article could probably use some padding. Since the article is about Dracula, you could pad it with sentencess like:
__________________________________________________ _________
The story of Dracula has always sent chills up the spines of its readers. Though reading is hitting an all time low, it appears the blood sucking vampire won't be leaving culture anytime soon.
Studio The Collective has announce that they are working on a new title dubbed Harker, which will be a spin off of the cannon tale of Dracula. The game involves playing as a man named John Harker, who is on a quest to avenge his fallen loved one, Mina, who died at the fangs of none other than Dracula.
Though not much is known about the game at the moment, it is expected to release sometime in 2008. With many other series such as Ghost Busters receiving next generation games, it may only be a matter of time before we see other studios creating other spin-offs from other popular novels and movies, such as Frankenstein, the Great Escape, and Band of Brothers.

You shouldn't be afraid of adding in your own personal comments into articles as long as it contributes something. I honestly believe news writing is not only about sharing the information you have received, but engaging the reader with something that he or she may relate to in order to consume the knowledge you have presented.
Well I added in a few more details that I discovered about the combat and changed up the old sentences a bit.

Yea there you go. Now, a few nitpicks....
"Fight against powerful and stealthy vampires" I believe is only a predicate. You need a subject like "Gamers will find themselves" or "Developers at The Collective will give gamers a chance to" to make it a sentence.
"who fell pray to Dracula." I think you meant prey, otherwise god is doing something for Dracula that he isn't doing for me.
"This is truly a great looking game created by the studio known as The Collective but sadly no publisher has been announced but hopefully one will be announced very soon."
This sentence could probably be a bit more fluid if you don't use announce twice. Also the game is not done, so it is in the process of being made.
"This game appears to have the potential of being a great addition to the horror genre. Developer The Studio hasn't gotten a publisher yet. but hopefully they will find one soon."
ok i think this is ready to be posted up.

Thanks for your input Paul - Matt's article was pretty good, and whilst your version was also great, it was completely different from his original.
Since Matt started the article, and did a good job, he should get credit.
That's not to say you should make suggestions. The problem is that if you completely re-write the article then we face a dilemma:
Do we use your article, in which case you get paid and he doesn't (even thought he wrote it originally), or do we use your article and not pay you but pay him (not fair on you)?
So really the only solution is to use the original (assuming it's of a good standard).
